control with big display. Equipped with breakdowns research and checking of all
the press operations. Moreover it’s possible to use the multi-pressing
device, i.e. the press can work with multiple different pressings and
timers, hydraulic cushion and memory of the working programs. The mobile table
with automatic lubrication slides on the four-columns and guarantees a very high
degree of precision.

this tolerance is below the European standard.
Five are the working programs: Manual, Semiautomatic,
Automatic, Continue and
Impulse.
The structure is very important to assure strength and
rigidity. An electronic pressure switch determines the stop and the going up
again of the movable plane, after a preselected stop at the max point of the
pressure previously determined. Such a stop can be programmed also when the stop
of the movable plane is determined by the numeric control or by the cams set at
a preselected level. The operations can be selected during the various operating
cycles, in order to obtain the best results during the working phases, either in
normal or automatic cycle.
These machines are useful as far as pressing, coining, drawing,
blanking, fit bushes, for metal parts, jewellery, spectacle frames, watchcases
and mechanical industry in general. They can be utilized either with manual or
automatic feeding of the piece to be
worked.
The electric and hydraulic components are easily available all
over the world and it's possible link up the machine with a modem so that
Locatelli Technical Dept. can check it very
easily.
