The new MR.225 Hydraulic revolving press has been designed taking especially into account the requirements of small-medium enterprises; it is however able to offer the complete range of automatism typical of a press of higher performances.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Automatic hydraulic revolving press at 6 working stations, one of them used for the pressing, suitable to mould products up to max size of 40x40 cm. Complete with 6 motor-vibrators. Rotating table with a footstep bearing and pinion moved by a geared motor driven by an inverter. 
Interchangeable moulds with inner frames up to 48 mm. high; max height of the moulded product: 38 mm.
Double-step pressing, at low and high pressure, by means of separate hydraulic pumps.
Moulding force adjustable up to a max of 115.000 kg. Pneumatic closing of the moulds on the rubber bases with adjustable force through two air pistons.
Demoulding of the product on the automatic extracting blade.

Second layer automatic batcher with double stroke and vibration for a perfect flattening of the tiles.
Automatic batcher-distributor of the mortar of the first layer hydraulically operated. Easy to be opened for a quick daily cleaning operation (Option). Electro-hydraulic power pack with pimps independent from the machine body. Electric control board with provided with programmable logic PLC GE-FANUC. Air compressor included.
